What success looks like in this role:

• Works under general supervision performing Tier 1 specific tasks.
• Work on Requests against ServiceNow applications.
• Ability to work on single and domain separated ServiceNow instances
• Manage Instance Security - User/Group Access/Access Control Lists
• Manage Update Set creation and migration
• Must be a team player and have the ability to collaborate with others
• Exposure to work directly with the clients and manage configuration and data related requests.
• Work on Notifications, Inbound email actions, Outbound email actions, SLA creation / Modification
• Ability to understand Java Script, Server-side script and client-side scripts
• Ensure SLA\xe2\x80\x99s and KPI\xe2\x80\x99s are adhered to in managing the requests
• Willingness to work in 24x5 timings

• Requires a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science or related degree.
• Must have both verbal and written communication, logical and analytical skills.
• Ability to support multiple clients/ technologies as part of shared support delivery.
• Basic understanding and working knowledge of ServiceNow tool and architecture.
• Knowledge on scripting (Java script, HTML, CSS) and APIs would be desired.
• ServiceNow Admin certification is an added advantage.
