Evaluating internal functions, business development strategies and IT processes and suggesting improvements
Creating business architecture models to reflect the organization\xe2\x80\x99s strategies and goals and creating and implementing business visions and goals
Evaluating systems engineering, talent recruiting and accounting models for discrepancies and vulnerabilities
Participate in deep architectural discussions with customers, partners and engineering teams to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud.
Suggesting ideas to reduce costs in IT and business leadership
Organizing training to improve employees\xe2\x80\x99 knowledge and skills for future organizational growth
Conducting research in talent management to improve the organization\xe2\x80\x99s business operations
Providing business architecture and systems processing guidance
Ensuring the efficiency, security, and support of the organization\xe2\x80\x99s goals
Creating methods for compliance architecture, such as data storage, metadata management and change control
Author and contribute to customer-facing publications such as Solution Architectures, whitepapers, Design Guides, handbooks, short videos and presentations.
Build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within customers to enable them to be cloud advocates.
Act as a technical liaison between customers, service engineering teams and support
Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle utilizing Agile Scrum methodology in the creation of new software products.
Collaborate with business analysts, product managers and other development engineers in the design and evolution of software solutions that support any and all types of financial transactions in higher education.
Adhere to the highest standards to insure the security and reliability of applications

Requirements:

An Enterprise Architect is responsible for ensuring that a company can reach its business goals by designing and maintaining its technology infrastructure. This includes aligning technology with business goals, managing the technology life cycle, and ensuring the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s technology is scalable, secure, and efficient. Enterprise Architects also ensure that the technology is secure and efficient and can grow as the company grows. They also help to plan and supervise the building of new technology systems and software.

• Strong understanding of business operations and strategies
• Thorough knowledge of technology and its applications
• Experience in designing and implementing technology infrastructure
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
• The capacity to manage and prioritise multiple projects
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
• A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science, information technology, or software engineering
• Proven work experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar role
• Excellent technical, analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
• Experience in modeling and graphic representations
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in information technology is preferred
• Experience implementing continuous deployment/integration development methodologies
• Strong understanding for high-availability architectures and business continuity
• A passion for learning new technologies
