companies.The studio collaborates closely with exceptional founders/leaders, providing them extensive operational and strategic support to achieve product-market fit. We differentiate ourselves from incubators and accelerators by co-building
companies with the founders/ leaders from the idea stage and providing hands-on support across functional domains.

With the focus on launching 20-25 digital health companies in the next five years. The first three companies are focusing on areas like obesity, chronic pain, and paediatrics.

Enrolment Expert

We are looking to welcome an Enrolment Expert to join a revolutionary pain-management venture that we have incubated in the pain-management category. The enrolment expert will be a key part of the sales team, being the source to drive revenue growth by pursuing program sales opportunities, negotiating deals with potential patients, and ensuring the company\xe2\x80\x99s broader vision and goal.

Here is a snapshot of the responsibilities:

• Understanding the patient\xe2\x80\x99s problems in depth and answering queries related to patient requirements.
• Advising patients about the services through structured discussions and convincing them of our program benefits crafted as per their requirements.
• Managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing while ensuring max conversions.
• Collaborating with the care management team post-closure of the sales process.
• Developing and executing sales strategies that align with the company\'s overall business goals.
• Collecting and updating the required patient data in CRM, while ensuring the complete accuracy of all patient records..

Skills & Experience sought for this role:

• 4+ years experience in telesales /Program sales and handling CRM (preferred).
• Prior experience in healthcare, specific physiotherapy will be an added advantage.

• Excellent communication skills with strong empathetic nature.
• Strong probing, listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence and proactively engage with patients.

Personality Traits (must have)

• High consumer empathy and ability to build strong consumer connect and rapport.
• Quick learner, ability to take ownership, entrepreneurial outlook/self-starter attitude to independently own and drive solutions.
• Having adaptability to manage evolving requirements and delivering scientific /healthcare programs (Training provided).

Reporting relationship

• Direct Reporting: Will be reposting to the Sales head.

What is a normal day for this role going to be like?

• Engaging with the Sales head & Sales team on daily tasks at the start of the day.
• Actively scanning the CRM for new patients and engaging with them.
• Updating the required patient data in CRM for record-keeping and further action.
• Post-closure of the sales process, share patient details with the care management team for further action.
• Reporting back on the results of the day with the management.
