Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create engaging lesson plans: Craft innovative and interactive lessons that cater to various learning styles, ensuring that every student stays motivated and actively participates
2. Assist in classroom management: Support the lead teacher in maintaining discipline and fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
3. Conduct assessments: Help administer and evaluate tests, quizzes, and assignments to gauge students\' progress and provide feedback for improvement
4. Facilitate language development: Implement creative methods to enhance students\' listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, fostering fluency and literacy
5. Provide one-on-one guidance: Offer personalized assistance to struggling students, using patience and empathy to address individual challenges and encourage growth
6. Collaborate with colleagues: Collaborate with fellow educators, sharing ideas, resources, and best practices to continuously improve the quality of education provided
7. Engage with parents and the community: Foster positive relationships with parents and community members, effectively communicating students\' progress and involving them in their child\'s learning journey
