• Key responsibilities:

Plan and implement LM's Tara Programme, a spoken English programme for children and adult learners. This will involve: Conduct English language classes for students between KG to Grade 5 in customer schoolsAssess and evaluate progress in learning across all gradesMaintain regular communication with customer schools. Obtain customer feedback and take action as appropriate.Maintain relevant documentation and assist in data collection and analysisProvide programmatic support to LM teamsII. Qualifications / Work experienceAny Bachelors' Degree. Degree in Education with a specialization in English will be an advantage.3-4 years of experience teaching English as a subject in a school setting.Any experience in coordinating / administrative work will be good.Good working knowledge of MS Office and Google AppsIII. Additional requirements for the role:Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to speak in Kannada and/or Hindi.Passionate about education as well as customer engagement. Eagerness to learn and work in a diverse team.Ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgroundsStrong planning and organizational skillsAbility to work on weekends (occasionally)Ability to travel to project areas frequentlyIV.
