Over 6,000 steam turbines supplied by our client have been installed across 20 industries in over 75 countries, including Europe, Africa, Central & Latin America, SE Asian and SAARC countries. About the role This role is responsible for developing, implementing sales strategies leading to increased Sales of tCO2 Heat Pumps & Chiller Solutions in Global Markets. Goal is to ensure increased lead / Inquiry generation, market penetration & finally closing of Sales in the Market to generate higher revenue & meet the Company Budgeted Targets. As an Engineer/Sr Engineer, you will Be Responsible for achieving sales order booking targets and Lead or enquiry generation in the India & International market for tCO2 Heat Pumps & Chillers : Inquiry generation ramp in discussions / coordination / meeting with Agents, OEs, EPCs, Consultants and End users Tenders & proposal preparation & review, discuss with proposal team and ensure Techno-commercial bid/s deadlines are met Coordinate with internal Proposals Engineering Team (part of CO2 Engineering team) for bidding Techno-commercial discussions with customers on proposals, TQs/TCLs and close them through visits / meetings Meet Assigned Order Booking Targets (Value, Margins & Market share) Ensure collection of 1st Advance / Down payment for every Order booked prior to issue of Order Transmittal Coordinate with peers and other regional teams wherever necessary for business increase and smooth operation of business development in given region Collect Market Intelligence data which are useful for Sales Team members / Peers to gain competitive edge and/or facilitate any course corrections Responsible for smooth transition of Order to Projects team through : On-time Issue of Order Transmittals including obtaining internal commercial clearances / approvals. Resolve Techno commercial clarifications on Orders Received thru Internal Kick-off meetings with Projects & other internal stakeholders & co-ordinate with Purchaser (for clarifications / amendments as maybe needed Attend First Kick-Off meeting at Purchaser\'s place along with Projects Team to ensure smooth handover Responsible for performance Review of our client Agents on quarterly basis in coordination with respective Regional team member/s. Maintain Enquiry status, visit reports and log up to date and review with segment manager weekly using SFDC What you already have Education Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Work Experience 5-8 Years in Sales with experience in selling HVAC Equipment with specific background in Conventional HFC based Heat Pumps in Indian & Global Markets. Exposure to Indian & International OEs, End users and packagers / dealers of Heat Pumps preferable. Knowledge Knowledge of HVAC & Heat Pumps Market (India & International Markets). Knowledge base of Consultants & Engineering Companies in HVAC & Heat Pump- India & International Markets. Knowledge base of existing Dealers & Packagers in HVAC and Heat Pump market - India & International. Knowledge of Working on Project tenders / bids - Full Techno-Commercial Proposals Experience of International Commercial Terms & conditions of Sales / Bidding Experience on marketing / Sales automation and CRM tools
