Short Description
Manage strategy and on-ground operations of Hero Hatch two-wheeler sharing project. Continuous interaction with stakeholders to ensuring all the processes of the venture are timely executed and all applicable laws are being adhered.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Operations
- Day to day operations
- Strategy to expand business and operation
- Marketing Campaigns
Legal Compliance management
- Rental license procurement in various cities
- Initiating agreements with dealers, partners and vendors
- Working closely with insurance providers for claims & renewal
- Ensuring all the processes of the venture are being followed as per applicable laws
- Handling of traffic rules violation
- Build and develop strong business relationships with the concerned authorities like STA/RTO, municipal corporation, police, dealer/partners and HMCL legal team.
- Metro, Bus Stand, Airports, Railway Stations, Colleges, Malls, Hospitals, Theatres: For possible tie-ups & parking spaces
Product, Process & Technology Improvement
- Consistent improvisation of user experience and creation operational excellence driven by innovative solutions
