Location: IU - Rawan Cement Works

Designation: Engineer/Senior Engineer
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical
Experience:
- Diploma: 7-8 years / B.E.: 5-7 years
- Knowledge of Kiln
Cooler and their auxiliaries * SAP-PM
- Budgeting and presentation skills
- Maintenance of Kiln/Preheater, and Cooler
To execute mechanical maintenance of Mechanical Kiln, Preheater and cooler equipment to obtain optimum availability as per budgeted production with optimum utilization of available resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all the planned mechanical activities.
- Coordinate with Process, E&I and other department engineers to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth plant operations.
- Identify equipment abnormalities and address operational issues using available resources.
- Ensure work is executed as per SOPs, SMPs, and checklists for shift maintenance activities.
- Ensure 100% safety compliance at the site.
