• Conduct inspections / assessments and analysis of products as per the defined procedures
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of analytical records, processes, and outcomes.
• Implement QC procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance to standards and regulations.
• Coordinate and engage to identify potential quality issues and areas for improvement.
• Conduct root cause analysis investigations to identify product / process failures and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to plan and implement corrective actions and preventive measures to address identified quality concerns.
• Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas of improvement.
• Provide reports and updates regarding the status of the function, initiatives and improvement efforts as the need arises.
• Lead and facilitate quality control training programs for team to improve their understanding of quality control principles and techniques.
• Facilitate and coordinate to Address Customer queries in capacity of product performance.

• Master`s degree in a life science or related fields and 5+ years demonstrated experience in an industry.
• Strong skills on methodologies and techniques in Molecular Biology, Immunology.
• Excellent skills on aseptic operations or cell lines handling.
• Familiarity with compliance & regulatory standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Attention to detail and a dedication to delivering high-quality results.
• Strong communication expertise (written & verbal) to optimally communicate technical concepts to diverse collaborators.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently and in partnership in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and complete tasks.
