Job Overview: - WEBFOCUS and Power BI Developer

• Data Analyst with Business Analysis around 5+ years' experience.
• Work closely with Business Owners to understand and maintain focus on their analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers
• Proactively analyze data to answer key questions from stakeholders or out of self-initiated curiosity with an eye for what drives business performance, investigating and communicating areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity
• Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources
• Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting appropriate combination of methods and tools within defined technology stack to ensure optimal scalability and performance of the solution
• Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources, and build scripts that will make our data evaluation process more flexible or scalable across data sets

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Experience in creating reports, Dashboards using Data Visualization Tools like WEBFOCUS and Power BI(Must), tableau, Excel, DOMO, SSRS etc.
• Efficient with data modelling and data process flow design.
• Monitor and troubleshoot operational or data issues in the data source.
• Should be able to translate the business problem into technical solutions.
• Should be able to analyse the data and good experience in writing SQL queries.
• The candidate should be familiar with business intelligence tools, can model datasets, and can partner with leaders to answer key business questions. You analytical, creative and quick to absorb business knowledge and will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in the following areas
• Own the design, development and maintenance of ongoing reports, metrics, analyses, dashboards to drive key business decisions
• Make recommendations for new metrics, techniques and strategies to improve further in future
• Enable effective decision making by retrieving and compiling data in digestible format from multiple sources
• Put on your business thinking cap to drive insights and action we can take to improve returns compliance and experience.

Qualification & Experience

• 5 - 7 yrs
• BE/BTech, MCA/Mtech.
