Position Summary

To asset safety maintenance, to attend for preventive, proactive and Break-down maintenance works for the equipment in Plant. Minimize the heavy equipment break down time & 100% equipment efficiency. Monitoring heavy equipment Planning activities & Breakdown analysis

Duties / Responsibilities (Brief/Indicative)

• Zero harm at work area is the prime goal
• Asset safety and efficiency in performance.
• Periodical maintenance and inspections of the heavy equipment.
• Break down shall be minimize
• Maintain the maintenance documentation
• Ensure the availability of equipment\xe2\x80\x99s for safe operation
• Minimum safe spare stock in the store
• Spares follow up and plan to maintain at site inventory.
• Pollution control equipment maintenance and must ensure environmental safety during plant operations.

Qualifications

Education - Should be a Mechanical Engineering Graduate

Experience - Should possess minimum of 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in maintenance activities of CAT Mobile equipment (loader)

Knowledge, Abilities and Other Requirements

• Preventive & proactive Maintenance as per planning
• Spares requisition
• Consumables for plant maintenance
• Housekeeping and plant spillage free operations.
