Plant & Machinery Head
Job Description
P&M Engineer and looking after complete supervision of repairs, breakdown repairs, maintenance for the complete plant and machinery (Heavy Earthmoving Machinery Like: JCB, Crain's,Roller, Dumber Etc.) deployed to the project along with coordinating the required machinery with execution team.

r carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults
r
r diagnosing breakdown problems
r
r carrying out quality inspections on jobs
r
r carrying out major repairs / refurbishing
r
r liaising with client, and production colleagues
r
r controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment
r
r controlling spares inventory with proper planning
r
r monitoring and controlling maintenance costs
r
r dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs
r
r improving health and safety policies and procedures
r
r ensuring there is continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdownsr r Maintain RTO/ Insurance of Earth Moving Equipment.r r r r Qualification: Diploma/ BE/ BTech (Mechanical)r r Experience: 5-15 years expr r Location: Head Office Indore
Education: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering), Diploma-Other Diplomar -r Mechanicalr r r (Mechanical, Automobile, Mechanicalr r r )
