Work Model: Remote Description Client - the worldwide manufacturer of smart beds, which increase the overall quality of sleep. The solution senses and automatically adjusts the comfort level: Tracking personal sleep data during the night Individual comfort and temperature balancing Comfort adjustability on each side of the bed Requirements Must have: 4+ years of experience in managerial positions Hands-on knowledge & experience in Agile (ScrumKanban) software development methodologies Project management experience in software development projects of 15+ members Solid understanding of engineering practices Excellent communication and negotiation skills (including fluent English language skills) Strong Facilitation skills Ability to communicate over a number of contacts from client-side and streamline requests from them into the distributed dev team Experience in project staffing and people management Get things done attitude Nice to have: Experience withDevOps Experience with IoT projects Experience working in an enterprise environment with multiple stakeholders Technical background - understanding of object modern programming concepts, database design principles, cloud solutions, mobile development, etc. Job Responsibilities Scrum team management and facilitation to ensure on-time service execution and delivery of high-quality software Establishing and managing scrum process (scrum ceremonies, team facilitation, metrics tracking, etc) Hands-on Project management (schedule, requirements management with PPO, risk & change management, expectations management & ensuring, delivery transparency, participation in regular and ad-hoc meetings with the customer and managers from the customer side) Manage 4-5 teams of 2-4 members, facilitating and supporting the development process Establish and execute clear communications across all team members and stakeholders Contribute to establishing, enforcing, and improvement of Software Development policies and procedures to constantly improve operational effectiveness. Working closely with clients\' Leadership and Management layers to achieve the goals they set, sharing their mindset, and coordinating their point of view with the team when appropriate.
