Job Responsibilities:
  • Trouble shooting and resolution of .NET based application incidents, bug fixes, enhancements, and provide \xe2\x80\x9chow-to\xe2\x80\x9d assistance to end users.
  • Perform triaging, resolve tickets, and manage SLAs by implement break-fixes.
  • Perform routine maintenance, enhancements for, and tuning of .NET applications.
  • Assist users in transferring data, creating reports and perform data requests.
  • Manage systems integrations to/from the application and assist in data transfers.
  • Understand complex customization and business process and implement scalable solutions in cloud or hybrid environments.
  • Implement permanent solution by performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of the incidents.
  • Review existing solutions, identify opportunities for continuous improvements, and perform enhancements to systems, including enhancing system performance in On-prem and Cloud environments.
  • Collaborate and work with business and cross-functional teams to identify & implement effective solutions that automates and optimizes technical performance and business processes.
  • Must be willing to work in shifts, provide hand-over to global teams, and provide on-call support during off-business hours.
Key Skills and Experience:

2 - 5 years of relevant experience with following skillsets
  • Technology proficient in C#/.Net, ASP.NET, SQL, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS
  • Experience working in Cloud-native application development and maintenance (Azure)
  • Knowledge of working in CI/CD, build automation tools, application integrations and Git.
  • Experience working in Managed services environment providing application support, with strong knowledge on IT Service Management (ITSM) process including incident, request, and problem management.
  • Knowledge of Web Services integration (REST, WSDL/SOAP, XML, JSON) is a plus.
  • Experience on any monitoring tool like Splunk, Dynatrace or other application performance tools is a plus.
  • Good understanding of the finance, mortgage and legal applications is a plus.
