Responsibilities :

Summary -People Management( multiple PM's reporting to him/her) Client management( Scope, delivery, Top Line , Billing and Client satisfaction), Process Management( Project management, Agile)

Job description :

- Lead and manage multiple software application development projects

- Client facing, involved in pre-bid, bid/RFP/POC , client on boarding, Client management, Conflict management, Risk Management etc

- Designs, implements, and refines application developments,

- Understand of Code review and code reusability

- Manages staff and assigns tasks to engineering and technical personnel.

Required Candidates profile :

- BE/MCA preferably- 12 - 18 years of software application development out of 5 years in the capacity of Delivery Manager/ Program manager/Engineering manager

- Good to have worked in some of these domains Healthcare, Retail, BFSI, Manufacturing etc

- Personnel and project management skills

- Strategic thinking

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills

- Flexible thinking, including the ability to pivot and try new approaches when faced with challenges

- Organizational, planning, and documentation skills

- Proficiency using presentation software to explain complex information to non-technical management personnel and other stakeholders

- Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously

- Past use of Agile/Scrum or similar collaborative tools a plus
