About Our Client

• Design, build and streamline data infrastructure. Define the methodologies and create self-service business reporting as well as insight tools.
• Outstanding leadership required to work across several teams.
• Manage product milestones, deployment cycles & overall product roadmap.
• Lead the organisation\'s strategy from technical aspect to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Independence and entrepreneurial ability to work with minimal direction.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required. As well as a keen attention to detail, with a strong understanding of finance.

The Successful Applicant

• 8+ years of relevant engineering work experience and 4+ hands-on technical management experience.
• Strong coding abilities and experience with architectural patterns of large, high-scale applications.
• Proven track record of managing high performing engineering team. And responsibility of delivery of scalable and extensible distributed systems.
• Ability to drive multiple projects and deliver them on time with high quality.
• Experience in architecturing, and maintaining highly available services in a large service-oriented architecture.
• Experience in partnering with business and management in setting product strategy.
• Experience of partnering with Product, Data Science, Finance, Legal, and Compliance functions.
• Passion for building a strong Engineering culture, operational excellence & innovation.
