Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead our engineering team. The candidate will possess a strong technical background in mechanical basic engineering systems related to power plants. Academic Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering Proven experience (10 + years) in mechanical engineering roles, with a solid background in design, analysis and project management. Adequate knowledge and work experience in various systems of Power or Oil and Gas plants. Experience in Piping or Pressure Vessels Design Desirable: Skills in any software 3D or 2D plus pipe stress or pressure vessel analysis. Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) Key Responsibilities Preparation, development and review of technical documentation, including specifications and reports. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and in compliance with industry regulations and standards. Collaborate with external vendors, suppliers and partners to ensure successful completion of projects. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in design processes, methodologies and tools to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for the engineering team. Team management & Client communications.
