Job Description

As the Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of engineers to build next-generation customer experience solutions powered by AI. You will own the delivery, quality, and execution of engineering projects, working closely with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders.
? 10+ years of experience in strong technical expertise in backend/platform development, REST APIs, client libraries, and/or frontend systems.
? Experience with Gen AI technologies and implementing AI-driven solutions.
? Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team while creating a culture of efficiency, innovation, and continuous learning.
? Work closely with business owners, PMs, and architects to align priorities and timelines, and own communication, reporting, and alignment across all stakeholders.
? Experience with cloud deployments, distributed/scalable systems, and a DevOps-first culture.

A successful Engineering Manager should have:
