We are seeking for our Innovation Centres first Embedded Engineering Leads!

Required Skills or Experience

• Experience in leading, coaching, and developing a team of software engineers
• Experience of handling external clients or internal stakeholders
• A software engineering background - good software development skills and an ability to use technical terminology to communicate detailed technical information
• Very good English and communication skills

The majority of our projects are rooted in the embedded realm, either digital TV/media or IoT. We mainly use C++ or C, so experience with those is really helpful, though we welcome those with a background in other technologies who are willing to learn. Our role of Engineering Lead is heavily people-focused, and it will definitely help you develop your interest in leadership.

Other requirements:

• Flexible to work on various projects we grow in India

• A true team player, open to ideas and clear at expressing your own
• CV in English, in the European format / up to 3 pages long
• Availability to travel to Europe for training

Responsibilities

• Leading a team to success through your project coordination and leadership skills
• Communication to all stake holders, including engineers, technical leads, third party PMs and leads
• Support the career development of the individuals within your team
• Make your own technical contributions to a project - for example software design, technical problem solving, code review, software development work
