Replacement for Mr. Arpit Gaikwad, who has submitted his resignation (was Team Lead and was handling mainly Technical Manuals & IETMs and training Aids of Land System projects - Pinaka, B05, TCT5, Pralay & Bridging Systems). 1. Generate Technical Manuals as per contract executed by the various business units in Defence IC. 2. Develop Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) 3. Manage Contractual training programs, co-ordinate and conduct technical training. Prepare training aggregates. Develop Computer Based Training (CBT) Modules. 4. Participate in Trials to handle Technical Manual review related activity. 5. Interact with Customer / approving agencies for review and approval of Technical Manuals. 6. Conduct technical trainings (Classroom / onboard) for end Customers for the systems delivered.
