Summary:

This role is responsible for installing and maintaining products (Hemodialysis, CRRT machine, Water treatment Plant) in the defined area of responsibility

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Service and maintenance of products

Responsible for Service Revenue through Service contracts and Spare parts sales.

Establish & maintain communication with customers, team members and business contacts

Ensure all activities are performed following the available instructions and information, within the quality system framework

Perform QC Checks and Final release of serviced equipment in the role as checker for the hardware repaired by other Engineers.

Report all relevant service activity, to ensure updated and accurate service data in the service system

Perform sales support activities on products & processes within the geographical area of responsibility

Basic understanding/knowledge of electronics, soldering skills, ESD protection, Understanding/knowledge of the Medical Device Directive

Good communication (written and Oral) in English and Local Language.

Natural interest in IT applications

Basic use of current Windows operating systems and Use of MS office applications (Word, Excel

Qualification and Experience:

BE / B Tech, 3-5 years field experience in servicing medical equipment or preferably medical instrumentation or electro-mechanics or equivalent through experience
