Job Description

To carry out Incoming Inspection of raw material as per QAP To carry out Pre-dispatch Inspection of Final Product Maintain physical & soft records of testing, information (photographs/video graphs), and various metrics To authorize GRNs In Zoho To facilitate Customer / Third Party Inspection of products as per QAP To read Engineering drawings, OA & other instructions to understand & meet the quality expectations for the Incoming Material To identify non-conformities on the final product and get them corrected before dispatch to the Customer To analyze Customer Complaints & prepare 8 D Reports Update Quality Management System (QMS) requirements To compile data, analyze, and plot trends for improvements Ensure processes defined are followed through the line, and correct mistakes when found. To print/scan required documents and keep them in the product in a folder Communicate and coordinate with respective department personnel, suppliers & customers to share information To facilitate the Calibration of all measuring Instruments

KNOWLEDGE

1) BE or Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering with at least 1 to 4 years of working experience in Quality Department

2) Should have good knowledge of the Manufacturing Process

3) Knowledge about Quality Management System

4) Should be Proactively Quality conscious
