Engineer Proto Veh Assy & Benchmarking
Job Description
Prepare product compliance document like Proto build plan, Control Plan, Proto build report, Proto vehicle sign off sheet, initial running report, vehicle final checklist, build concern report, approved deviation report.
BOM and catalogue study for sub assy. and main assembly preparation.
Resource Management for assembly trial.
Preparation of process flow for simulation conveyor.
Quality verification report compilation before handover to testing.
Tear down of vehicle and comparing value and function at component level for chassis and frame parts
Benchmarking of models and study of technical requirement in application of concepts in new product design
Comparison at system and subsystem level between competitor models
