Description of the Job- Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Extensive background in change control from engineering development through Sustaining / End of Product Life cycle. Experienced in creating engineering Change Notices (PCN's) and CIR (Change Initiation request) ECR/ECO: Engineering Change Request and Engineering Change Order using PLM/Oracle tool. Engineering build deviation for trial and Production build deviation in sustain life cycle. Proficient in using the ERP tool to adapt to any manufacturing methods and to completely understand the customer requirement. ECR/ECO: Engineering Change Request/ Order using PLM tool for system and board level. 4 years of Experience and understanding of Mfg. workflow and processes as a production supervisor, Quality, ECM, BOM engineering. Cross function coordination, Document control, Bill of material structure and sustaining products life cycle. Able to communicate within CFT team for task completion and change implementation Supports the departments regarding the engineering changes implementation Ensures that a Part code is generated on Oracle for new materials Ensures that MPP and master plan list are up-to-date and current drawings are loaded on PLM. Ensures that ECR and ECO are monitored on PLM. Regular sharing of the draft plan for implementing the changes and the relevant details with the customer Attends risk management activities and informs their manager on possible elements of risk, Is responsible for the implementation and improvement of the 5S cleanliness and order system in their areas of responsibility Performs all Procedures, Protocols, Instructions, Standards and Plans set out by the EYS within the framework of the company's integrated policies, acts in accordance with the "Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics" and "TPI Management Principles and Ethical Decision-Making System, Follows, implements, and ensures compliance with instructions, procedures and notifications on health, safety, environment, and security, Ensures that the objectives and targets within the scope of the EYS policy are achieved, Ensures the execution of activities under the department in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 Management Systems, Annually agrees with the department manager on objectives based on the performance evaluation program and works accordingly,

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Education

A bachelor's degree in engineering in Mechanical , Material, Polymer

Work Experience

Preferably 5 + years of experience in ECM, BOM Management, Material.
