Assistance in taking viability of the proposed land

Coordination & Assistance in concept freezing

Guidance and checking in License preparation,PCB,Fire,Aviation,MoEF as per norms

Guidance in preparation of supporting statutory documents

Provide technical support during the licensing period to the branches

Preparation of the necessary documents for the CRISIL rating

Assistance and coordination in the design development stage

Preparation of landshare

Guidance and checking in completion drawing

Project Coordination

Coordination between site architects all other consultant such as Plumbing, Electrical, structural, STP , landscape etc

Preparation of brochure drawings

Preparation of Combined option

Preparation of Building Tax & One time Tax assessment

Preparation of new projects monthly calendar

Verification in Approvals of Bills, common area percentage

Coordination in view finalization

Coordination in preparation of client electrical drawing

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
