Responsible for Service Support for PRE-Commission ing & commissioning of equipment and after sales support 2. Responsible for Preparing for all documentation for Service Supports 3. Selling of services like AMC\'s and preventive maintenance contracts to increase the Service Revenue 4. Managing customer relati onships 5. Executing AMCs 6. Selling the Spare parts to Existing Customers to increase the Revenue of parts Business 7. Service support to local Regional Dealers & further Coordination with them on smooth Executions of their Service & parts Orders Skill and Competencies: 1. Service/Erection/Commissioning of AIR Compressors/Air Dryers /Relevant Products. (Preferably from Air Compressors Back ground) 2. Knowledge of Working of Refrigeartion & Desiccant air drying Units & their each respective Key components 3. Know ledge of trouble shooting of failures &its further Resolution within committed Time frame 4. HVAC equipment knowledge,project / site errection & commissioning experience 5. Good Communication, confident, good personality 6. High energy level 7.
