About the team

What you will be doing

• Generate monthly reports for each client based on triggered incidents within the Forcepoint consoles.
• Provide authorized users with unlock codes for removable storage devices.
• Assist with new client implementation and deployments.
• Review and process incoming SNOW tickets related to the DLP service.

What you bring:

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in computer science or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
• 2+yrs of experience in DLP - Forcepoint.
• IT help desk experience is beneficial, as they may need to interact with a client or other FIS teams to gather complete information.
• Knowledge about IT security tools (anti-virus, web security URL filtering, basic understanding of how firewall rules work, etc.) is a plus.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and Microsoft Teams will be beneficial
