We are looking for determined and dedicated experienced Engineer Instrumentation for our customers to receive the best-in-class Instrumentation consultancy for their projects, ranging from conceptual design to installation and commissioning.

We are a digital player, using smart design tools in conjunction with large plant systems to create design solutions and specifications for our clients. How you might spend your days:

As an Engineer - Instrumentation, you\'ll be working with a motivated, multi-disciplinary team were, you\'ll be:

Part of a group of colleagues preparing engineering/technical deliverables for Instrumentation.

• Will be part of the taskforce member of a project and shall be able to execute pharma project and take Instrumentation Specification and its Sizing responsibility in all projects.
• Have sound knowledge in ATEX, ISA and IEC, safety certification requirement.
• Able to perform electrical and control wiring for Instruments.
• Make spot decisions and solve any problem related to the Instrumentation design activities for the project and shall ensure that design output meets the design input requirements.
• Coordinate technical work with HSE, Process, Automation, Electrical, BMS and Mechanical

Preparing design specifications and supporting the selection of Instrumentation components.

• Tendering, BOQ and contract work.
• Review of vendor offer.

Preparation of complex process challenges for Instrumentation design

• Instrument List and I/O List
• Instrument Specification design
• Tendering and BOQ
• DCS/PLC architecture / configuration drawing
• PID review
• Instrument sizing
• ATEX principles / hazardous area design
• JB Schedule
• Loop diagram
• Intrinsically safe calculations
• SPI tool / IncTools (added advantage)
• AutoCAD (added advantage)
• Smart Instrumentation technology (added advantage)

Supporting Construction, testing & validation and handover

• Executing projects in the construction phase with contractors and suppliers.
• Participation in FAT/SAT activities.
• Participation in Testing and validation of Safety functions.
• Commissioning and handover activities.

• You have at least five years of experience working as an Engineer with Instrumentation design and implementation of project or package from the project in all project sizes and phases.
• You have worked as an Engineer, preparation of Detail Engineering deliverables.
• You have the responsibility of technical and financial outcome of own discipline in projects.
• You have GMP experience from the process, pharmaceutical, or life science industry.
• You have a degree in Instrumentation engineering or a similar technical field.
