SUMMARY The Enterprise Architecture Engineer II is a senior member of the RealPage technology group. This role will help lead and drive collaboration within Engineering, Cloud, IT, Information Security and Architecture to ensure delivery of value to our customers with a focus on performance, maintainability, and quality technology designs that emphasize RealPage\'s vision of scalable growth. You will lead the way for continuous innovation, contribute ideas to technology choices and be a senior member of our team to drive quality and value, as well as contribute to our technology community to support technical initiatives and provide input into best practices. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Delivers solutions that support our business goals by partnering with various technology teams and Architecture to understand requirements and evaluate the features to specification into workable solutions. Contribute to the definition of standard practices and procedures that align with enterprise Architecture standards and goals. Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to leverage work across diverse set of colleagues who span multiple technical disciplines. Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with audiences across all levels of company. Proven strong command of technology resources and associated tools with the knowledge to leverage these tools to meet the overall goals for RealPage. Strong ability to look past conventional standards and research to cutting edge solutions to get the most out of RealPage\'s technology investments. Value scalability and be able to work comfortably in a collaborative environment while still being excited to learn. Should understand how platform technologies and applications build on and interact with each other. Should know performance limitations at various levels and understand how to adjust solutions so that they form a homogenous, but flexible environment where possible. Act in a mentoring capacity to multiple teammates and enable the team to drive cross-functional success. Participate and lead in project planning estimations with product management team. Use best practices for deployments and testing to prove out design theories. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 5+ years\' experience delivering and operating large scale infrastructure projects. Proficient and considered an expert in own technical stack as well as at least one other technical domain, and able to consult on others as appropriate. Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning & documentation skills. Experience with Automation concepts, tools & framework. Have proven experience in leading technical projects across multiple teams. Must be expertly skilled and certified in at least of 1 of the major technology stacks with general professional understanding of the others. Ability to manage a design and implement a solution at scale. Track record of staying current with trends, techniques, tools, and processes that drive improvement Proven ability to communicate, collaborate, and present effectively with teams and individuals in different disciplines or areas. Exposure towards Multi cloud is an advantage with Cost optimization mindset. Certifications like CompTIA Server+ / TOGAF / Cloud is a plus
