JOB TITLE: Engineer I - Planning

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

\xc3\xb0 Develop Project Controls Procedures, WBS structure and reporting calendar,

\xc3\xb0 Participate in schedule workshops,

\xc3\xb0 Develop progress measurement system and monitor progress of work for timely execution of the project,

\xc3\xb0 Prepare and update the manpower histograms,

\xc3\xb0 Implement the Level 3 EPC schedule and prepare monthly update using best scheduling practices,

\xc3\xb0 Mapping of L3 schedule with EDMS, procurement tracking systems, Construction commodities,

\xc3\xb0 Highlight and track project critical path activities,

\xc3\xb0 Submit weekly and monthly reports / dashboards as per reporting calendar,

\xc3\xb0 Perform Schedule Risk Analysis as per project and function requirements,

Perform any other work as and when directed by the Planning Manager

Competencies/Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

\xc3\xb0 Experience in EPC project covering Planning and Scheduling, Progress measurement and Reporting

\xc3\xb0 Ability to interact with home-office discipline leads,

\xc3\xb0 Comprehensive understanding of Work Breakdown Structure and project Coding structures

\xc3\xb0 Ability to work within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with extremely tight timelines and aggressive goals

\xc3\xb0 Knowledge and work experience on Project Planning software including Primavera P6

Minimum Requirements

\xc3\xb0 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering,

A minimum of 7-10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Oil & Gas, onshore, Offshore, Power Plant, Mining, renewable energies or other energy industry portfolio
