Ability to develop Embedded firmware on ARM Micro controllers (stm32)
Understanding of device characteristics and issues with switching behaviour in real circuits, as well as power switch driver design.
Knowledge and experience of using power hybrid modules and power SoC modules.
Thermal management approaches for surface mount and through hole devices.
Ability to multi-task and plan effectively when working with a variety of project teams
Demonstrate designs are safe, robust, cost effective and fit for purpose for a high-volume manufacture environment, through detailed laboratory testing, simulation and analysis
Multi-task across a range of products with varying levels of completion, identifying key milestones, and meeting design and production timelines.
Strong understanding of microcontroller architecture and programming (C/C++)
Understanding of controller theory.
Familiarity with sensors and transducers.
Familiarity of motor drives and implementation.
Serial digital communication knowledge (UART, I2C, CAN, SPI)
Should be proficient in using bench top tools and meters for troubleshooting PCB assemblies.
