He / she should be able to conceptualize and craft the system fulfilling the order / customer requirement. Document generation basis the enquiry requirement. The candidate to be proficient in AutoCAD drawings, Word, Excel formatting. Taking approval from Customer on drawings / documents. Travelling if required to customer place should not be constraint. Preparation of detailed Bill of material for procurement. Manufacturing drawings, enquiry specification for components needs to be prepared. RISK identification, mitigation planning, cost control and design optimization are some of the key requirements. OTD (on time delivery) will be one of the important criteria. Collaboration with internal customer such as SCM team, production team, Quality team Assistance during production will be and added responsibility. Preparation of FINAL documentation approval and assisting in final landmark collection ! Knowledge of SAP for regular working and day to day activities. He / She is accountable for all NCRs and timely closure arising during internal and external audit. Support project management with vital documents / records for registering claims and concessions to / from customers, consortium partners, contractors and sub-suppliers on account of design change and delays from their end resulting into LD and delay of project. Proficient in English reading, writing and speaking. Understanding of Thermofisher products will be an added advantage. Good Interpersonal skills. Engineering degree in Instrumentation / Electronics / Electrical or equivalent. On Time Deliveries of engineering document to enable completion of procurement, integration and testing. 100% compliance to documentation in terms of efficient and traceable transmittal! Consistent delivering of Design & BOM comprising 100% scope on time. Excellent documentation for all projects consistently. Issue of Engineering change note happened on account of changes due to customer / optimization etc. The candidate has the responsibility to supervise and ensure all technical and engineering capability as per the work order is followed the contractual obligations, delivering the project within the timeline, meet budget and cash targets by optimizing the design and BOM.
