Qualifications - Diploma/B. Tech In Civil Experience - 5-6 Years in Large Chemical Industrial Greenfield/Brownfield Project Computer Savvy - MS Office, SAP, AutoCAD, MS Project Key Accountabilities Responsible for Day-to-Day civil construction works happening at site. Responsible for review/checking of Civil and Structural IFC drawings in accordance with the Architectural drawings. Estimation of quantities from the Drawings. Take-outs of steel, cement, structural and other items from the IFC drawing. Creating indents for different construction services and material with detail SOW. Follow-up with procurement team for timely ordering and helping them in finalizing the work orders. Apply knowledge of constructability, construction sequence and safety hazards while finalizing design/drawings. Apply knowledge of lesson learned and best practices in engineering to execution of the given project. Responsible for all the Civil construction work on site to ensure compliance with the project objectives, specifications, standards, and codes. Overall Planning and monitoring of resources, cost, material, and machinery for the allotted projects. Skilled in monitoring project progress on all aspects including project control and construction co-ordination activities with key focus on timely completion, cost control and safe execution. Demonstrate \'Safety First\' behavior to ensure \'Zero Accident/Incident\'. Conduct risk assessments of the construction works and construction site and ensure site safety standards. Maintain revision history of all the documents generated during the project. Maintain track and record of change management occurred during the project. Conduct TBT sessions on regular basis to educate and trained contractor\'s workers. Must have Technical Skills - Greenfield/Brownfield Chemical Project, Architectural Projects. Good to have Technical Skills - Readability of Architectural, MEP, Structural drawings, Able to understand equipment layouts.
