CFD simulation for R&D project

Scope of Role:
1. Required good CFD candidate who must have go od experiences in CFD simulation in automotive domain.
2. Able to do the geometry simplification and meshing independently for simulation task.
3. He/she must have good experience in thermal and external aero simulation. Technical report writing.
4. Must know the tool like ANSA and Star CCM +, ANSYS Fluent.

Area of Responsibility:
This position is responsible for carrying out CFD simulations.

• The position of CFD team member for our external customer.

• You are responsible for CFD simulation of thermal and external aero simulation in automotive domain.

• Good understanding of CFD technique & Fluid mechanics and Thermal engineering.

• Good experiences to perform transient and conjugate type simulation & external aero simulation.

• Experiences for CFD analysis results and provide feedback and design direction to program and design teams.

• Experience in simulation support for new product development and legacy projects

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experiences in meshing and simulation Knowledge / Experience.

• Rich experience CFD simulation and understanding the theory.

• Lead or assist to prepare detailed plan for simulation activities as per design phases.

• Provide guidance to design engineers to improve the performance of designs.

• Provide accurate and detailed reports of CFD results. Ensure that product design and performance meets technical and functional requirements.

• Good communication skill and technical understanding
  

Software knowledge: ANSA, Star CCM+, ANSYS Fluent.

Qualification: BE/ M.E./B. Tech in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering from a recognized university.
