Purpose Enable the function to use technology and improve their day to day working & evaluate existing business processes related shop floor control in FATP business and identify areas for improvement. Key Responsibility Enable the function to use technology and improve their day to day working Evaluate existing business processes related shop floor control in FATP business and identify areas for improvement Collaborate with stakeholders including users, data engineers, IT to gather and document data requirements Develop strategies to improve data quality, monitor and measure data quality metrics to track improvements Collect requirements from client and develop test plans, test cases to verify the system, to do compliance audit Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between the current system and the required compliance standards Facilitate meetings, workshops to gather requirements, provide updates, address concerns and review the solution developed and sign off basis acceptance Identify IT training needs for business functions and provide training. Technical Skills Proficiency in: Gathering and documenting system requirement Gap analysis of solution vs requirements Additional Technical Requirements Basic understanding of electronics manufacturing basic understanding on Shop Floor Control / Manufacturing Execution System. Qualification Bachelor-s degree in engineering & Experience working as Business Analyst or in similar role, preferably in manufacturing environment Experience 4 to 8 Years Competencies Future Ready Teamwork Agility Customer Empathy Purposeful Pursuit of Goals Pioneering Deep Domain Knowledge
