Job Summary Team Description: Integration & Certification Engineering Team is chartered with integration, quality assurance and supporting automation infrastructure for varied lines of business. We work with internal and external stakeholders to build certify Comcast voice products and corresponding network elements infrastructure, certify new functionality, automate features and functionalities on our platform. Engineer will have a knowledge of SIP and traditional voice technology including the ability to monitor, configure, administer, and troubleshoot endpoints from various third parties affecting the service. A development background is desired to automate the test cases. Collaboration with the network team and coordination between internal and external stakeholders is important for this role.
