Job Description

Summary Riesh has been actively contributing to endpoint security operations, aligning with the responsibilities of an Endpoint Security Analyst. His role involves supporting Netskope deployment, configuration, Tshoot. Also is is involve in supporting EDR/XDR troubleshooting , monitoring, and preparing reports with collaborating with IT Ops, SOC, and Compliance teams.
Description

• Administer and configure Netskope and EDR/XDR platforms
• Monitor agent health and ensure timely updates to content and agent versions.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to agent performance, policy enforcement, and threat detection.
• Maintain governance standards and documentation for Netskope, EDR/XDR operations.
• Support endpoint agent deployments, upgrades and baseline configuration reviews in coordination with IT Ops and Server teams.
• Coordinate with SOC for incident response and suspicious activity reviews.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to visualize compliance, trends, and operational metrics.
• Maintain audit-ready evidence and participate in compliance activities (SOX ITGC, PCI, SSAE18, HIPAA etc.)
