Job responsibilities:
  • Craft a cohesive story around CACTUS\xe2\x80\x99s EVP for Cactizens and potential candidates across each talent touchpoint and global locations. Review and update all collateral to accurately represent and resonate with our EVP.
  • Create high-quality content and design for our social media channels, career site, intranet, and newsletters, office branding, merchandise using Canva or other design platforms
  • Schedule and publish error free content across our channels such as social media, intranet, blogs, career sites
  • Manage end to end campaigns for hiring projects, HR communications, referral programs, hackathons. This will include design, copy, project management and execution
  • Coordinate production of copy assets and content with agency i.e. banners, ads, landing pages, emails, social posts etc.
  • Talent marketing analytics to determine the impact of employer branding (impressions, engagement rate, reach, views) and make prompt data-driven adjustments to improve the results.
  • Set up paid marketing campaigns to advertise high-priority roles through various online media channels (LinkedIn, Job Boards, Online forums)
  • Response management across review sites such as Glassdoor, Ambition Box
  • Collaborate with universities to establish partnerships and strengthen the organization\'s presence across campuses
  • Lead video and photo shoot production virtually/in person with employees and production houses
  • Identity and write case studies and applications for PR opportunities, awards, engagement surveys.
  • Get involved in people projects that focus enhancing the candidate experience as well as our employer brand advocates internally.
Qualifications and prerequisites:
  • First class project management and ability to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • 4+ years of experience at a digital marketing agency OR employer brand function OR in-house marketing communications roles
  • Previous experience with Google analytics, social media analytics, CRM & PR tools (Meltwater)
  • Per paid ads analytics across LinkedIn and understanding of Application Tracking Systems
  • Experience in conceptualising campaigns derived from human iif nsights, best practices and references
  • Experience in writing and designing for digital assets using design software
  • Some experience in launching websites, handling content management system (Wordpress)
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and global teams and drive change within an organization.
