Creation of content as per the business requirement, as per TNA (Training Need Analysis) . Field content orientation/TTT, Audits and assignment closed with SME (Subject Matter Expert) . Content Standardization - Review/Revamp . Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design . Digital enablers of Channel specific drives with Stakeholder buy in . Create supporting material/media (audio, video, banners, mailer, simulations, role plays, games etc.) . Content Indexation/Admin . Consultant Empanelment . LnG Vendor management & Billing . LnG Backend/Admin/Analytics . TTTising the Usage of New content with Business Benefits awareness . Audit/Compliance . Activities/Shoots/Project execution at Digital Content Studio . Initiatives to increase content visibility/usage/digital adoption
