The role is responsible for creating a positive and engaging work environment for our employees by providing exceptional support and assistance This role focuses on enhancing employee satisfaction, facilitating employee relations, and ensuring seamless coordination of employee activities, including travel bookings, games, and various needs The Employee Experience Coordinator- Trainee will work closely with different departments to address employee concerns and contribute to a productive and harmonious work environment Key Responsibilities: Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns and being the primary point of contact for employee experience related matters Experience Enhancement: Develop initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience and well-being Travel and Accommodation Management: Knowledge of Visa process of different locations , Facilitate seamless travel arrangements and bookings for business trips and events Engagement events logistics coordination: Help assist in organizing engaging games, team-building activities, and events to promote employee engagemen Communication and Collaboration : Establish effective communication channels and disseminate relevant information to employees Ad-hocs as per team requirements. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Passout year 2022 2023 This is a fixed term contract under NATS for 18 Months, with an opportunity to work full time post completion on performance basis Internship experience in employee relations, employee engagement, or a similar role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation. Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for travel bookings, event management, and data management Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve employee concerns in a proactive and professional manner Knowledge of best practices in employee engagement, workplace culture, and employee experience enhancement Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Benefits: Our open and casual work culture gives you the space to innovate and deliver.
