• Work with Employee Experience team to deliver a world-class employee experience
• Support a high hiring velocity by facilitating on-boarding and the orientation process
• Serve as the first line of assistance for employee queries
• Manage daily administration of our internal databases including HRIS, background checks, ServiceNow, etc.
• Process employment authorization (E-Verify) for all new hires
• Complete employee verifications
• Help update payroll with employee changes
• Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Drive and passion for giving employees a first-class onboarding experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ years of experience working in human resources, preferably with a background in People Ops
• Experience in a fast-paced, high growth work environment is highly desired
• Experience supporting operational HR programs
• Experience supporting HR functions across multiple countries
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Friendly, energetic and comfortable operating in a fluid environment
• Must exercise absolute discretion both inside and outside the company
