Responsibilities

Summary

This role will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of employee engagement strategies that promote a positive and productive work environment, improve employee satisfaction and retention, and promote a strong organizational culture. They will work collaboratively with members of the HR and leadership teams to execute engagement initiatives and programs that align with the company\'s values and goals.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement strategies that align with company goals and values.
  • Support program manager to execute employee engagement initiatives and programs, including surveys, focus groups, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of plans to address identified areas of improvement and monitor progress.
  • Assist to analyze employee survey data and other feedback to identify trends and areas of improvement.
  • Assist in the coordination of recognition and reward programs that motivate and retain employees.
  • Plan and execute of events and activities that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and trends related to employee engagement.
Profile
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in employee engagement (either learning and development, career progression, culture) or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends related to employee engagement.
