Group Company: Designation: Branch Manager - OA (700019) Position description: Job Purpose: To work as manager for the branch and generate revenues with optimum utilization of available resources and would also be responsible for building the team of development managers and PFA\'s, motivating, mentoring and guiding the team. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities . To Achieve the desired revenue targets and persistency targets for the branch . To recruit effective and efficient team of DMs and PFAs . To Handle first level Complaints of Employee, PFA, Policy Holders . To Maintain the desired Login vs Issuance Rate . To Maintain the desired PFA activation rate and percentage of club qualifiers . To Plan for daily, monthly and yearly activities . To Conduct and Monitor branch activities on daily basis. . To provide Training and inputs to the team. . To maintain the desired product mix . To Interact with senior management for resolution of critical issues. . To Advise the agency force with regular updates Specific Authorities( Financial & Non Financial): NA Key Performance Indicators: .DM Capacity Target Achievement =100% .DM Productivity Target Achievement =100% .DM Level Upgrade Target Achievement =100% .PFA Activation Target Achievement =100% .MWPI Target Achievement =100% .13th Month Persistency Target Achievement =100% Job Requirements: Qualifications: Graduate / Post Graduate Experience: 3 to 6 years of Experience in Insurance Sales Total Headcount (Direct) Supervised: 10-12, Total Headcount (InDirect) Supervised: 24-28 Functional Competencies .Sales Ability .Capacity and Business Planning .Team Development .Performance Management Behavioral Competencies .Demonstrate market insight .Work with Strategic foresight .Developing Team Capability .Driving Team Results Key Interactions Internal : Nature or purpose of interaction DM & PFA\'s: Training the team, review and ensure completion of goals Resolve issues in functional and operational areas HR/Admin Discussing Man Power Recruitment Plan and Support for any HR Issues of the branch and Performance Management Smooth Branch Functioning and solve Admin issues UW/NB/OPS/ Client Service/Accounts Resolving issues/complains/Queries/Conversions and Quality Score Cards Senior Team.Review and Planning meeting. External: Nature or purpose of interaction Recruitment Consultants: Hiring DM candidates from the agency Social Groups: Meeting with different social group for conducting seminars and workshop for generating business.
