We are looking for a Software Test Engineer who will be providing test support on the project agreements.

Responsibilities:

• To Analyze the Requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
• Create test plans and test cases from feature descriptions and to test the functionality as per the Test plan and respective test cases.
• To Report & track bugs/Issues in bug/Requirement tracking tool.
• To understand testing issues/problems and take initiatives to resolve.
• To co-ordinate with team members and interact with various stake holders for updates.
• To Analyze the results of the test procedures and test scripts

Qualifications:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s in engineering.

Background of Electronics/Instrumentation/Electricals/Computer science \xe2\x80\x93 Preferable.

Key Competencies:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Good understanding of Embedded Systems.
• Work experience on 1+ Embedded Testing projects from initial phases.
• Worked on communication protocols like CAN, MODBUS, Serial port, rs232/485.
• Hands on experience or knowledge in Test Automation Equipment for Embedded Systems - Preferably Python Scripting.
• Good knowledge on Software Test Life Cycle Process and Test Methodologies.
• Good communication skills and able to work well in a team.
• Good Analytical and Logical thinking skills.
• Knowledge about bug life cycle and Test management tools
