HTSIND2022 :

• Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and analyzing scope\requirements of NPI. Strong problem solving and analytical skills

• Will be part of systems validation team performing validation and qualification of Honeywell process control systems in the Systems Modernization working on products such as C300 Controllers, SCADA, PLC

• The candidate needs to understand Agile product development process and will have to closely collaborate and work with product development team.

• Requires understanding the product requirements, plan the testing, prepare test cases, execute the testing and report the defects in defect tracking tool.

• Ensuring timely completion. Should take initiative in giving innovative ideas and enhancement suggestions for new or existing products.

• Need to work with the test automation team in automating the test cases.

HTSIND2022 Essential Skills:

• Sound Knowledge of Honeywell Experion DCS or any other DCS system. Working knowledge on the HPM/EHPM will be an added advantage.

• Good Knowledge of general DCS topology, Cisco switches and Networking.

• Knowledge of basic field instrumentation for temperature/pressure/flow/level measurement and control and their applications.

• Knowledge of types of process control loops – feed back, feed forward, ratio, cascade control.

Industrial experience in refinery process or power plant and knowledge of critical control loops.

• Experience of working in Honeywell Total Plant Solutions (TPS) system/Experion PKS/Experion-T Nodes

• Control strategy creation using Native Window

• Control strategy creation using Configuration Studio and Control Builder.

• Knowledge and usage of C200/C300 controller and Series A, Series C I/O and PMIO.

• Knowledge of Server and client topology and having work experience on FTE(Fault Tolerant Ethernet).

• Knowledge of Alarms, Trend, History, Reports and basic networking will be added advantage.

• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and/or Test Life Cycle.

• Knowledge of Testing Security of the Distributed Control Systems.
