Embedded Engineer II Qualification : B. Tech - Instrumentation and Control, Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication. 4-6 years of experience. : .Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and analyzing scoperequirements of NPI. Strong problem solving and analytical skills .Will be part of systems validation team performing validation and qualification of Honeywell process control systems in the Systems Modernization working on software products .The candidate needs to understand Agile product development process and will have to closely collaborate and work with product development team. .Requires understanding the product requirements, plan the testing, prepare test cases, execute the testing and report the defects in defect tracking tool. .Ensuring timely completion and submission of weekly test reports. Should take initiative in giving innovative ideas and enhancement suggestions for new or existing products. .Will need to work with other global stakeholders to plan Test Efforts and Track execution as per plan. Work on Risk identification and mitigation. .Will be responsible for Test strategy, design & execution of different types of test covering functional and non functional requirements. .Will be responsible for independently assess the quality of a program and raise flag on concerns. Essential Skills: .Sound Knowledge of Honeywell Experion or Honeywell TPS DCS is a must. Working knowledge on the HPM/EHPM will be an added advantage. .Good Knowledge of general DCS topology, Cisco switches and Networking . .Knowledge of basic field instrumentation for temperature/pressure/flow/level measurement and control and their applications. .Knowledge of testing on Software applications using Agile Methodology. .Knowledge on Usage on Tools like Confluence, Jira etc, will be an added advantage Preferred Skills: .Industrial experience in refinery process or power plant and knowledge of critical control loops. .Control strategy creation using Native Window .Control strategy creation using Configuration Studio and Control Builder. .Knowledge and usage of C200/C300 controller and Series A, Series C I/O and PMIO. .Knowledge of Server and client topology and having work experience on Ethernet and Networking YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor\'s degree WE VALUE Familiarity with computer languages, C/C++ Experience working in embedded software architectures Solid communication and collaborative skills Knowledge of wireless technology Some relevant experience
