Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute

email campaigns and nurture workflows

for IT service offerings. Build segmentation and personalization strategies for B2B decision-makers (CIO, CTO, IT Heads, Procurement, etc.). Drive

lead generation

using frameworks like lead scoring, MQL/SQL criteria, and funnel optimization. Use tools such as

HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Mailchimp

. Track KPIs (open rate, CTR, MQLs, SQLs, conversions) and run A/B tests. Collaborate with sales and content teams to align messaging with IT service offerings.

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in B2B email marketing within IT services

or IT consulting. Strong understanding of the IT buyer journey and lead nurturing. Experience with email automation and CRM platforms. Good analytical skills and strong written communication.

Bonus Skills

Experience with

ABM

, analytics dashboards, or marketing attribution models. Experience of US, Australia and MENA market will be preferred
