Email Marketers
Job Description
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns aligned with marketing objectives, leveraging automation and segmentation for targeted outreach.
Performance Analysis: Track and analyse campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.), deriving actionable insights for campaign optimization.
Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators and designers, to align email content with overall marketing strategies. Generate reports on campaign performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive optimization decisions.
0-1 years of Experience (Fresher can also apply)
Excellent written communication skills and an eye for detail.
Understanding of best practices in email marketing, including segmentation, personalization, and compliance.
