EbizoN is looking for Email Marketing Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, execution, and optimization of our email marketing campaigns. You will lead a team of skilled email marketers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our campaigns align with overall marketing objectives. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to make a significant impact and contribute to the continued success of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of email marketing specialists to execute high-performing campaigns.
• Develop and implement email marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with the content, design, and analytics teams to create compelling and effective email campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure our email marketing remains cutting-edge.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in email marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
• 2 years of leadership experience, managing and developing high-performing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of email marketing tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Hubspot etc, with analytics, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
