ABCL is a diversified Core investment Company (CIC) with wide spectrum of businesses which include NBFC, Housing Finance, Life Insurance, AMC, Health Insurance, Securities & Stock Broking, Insurance Broking, PE, ARC and online platform for personal finance. Given the diversity of businesses, structure and number of entities in the fold of ABCL, the corporate financial reporting is a complex Job.
This role has a responsibility to ensure that the consolidated financial statements are prepared which includes standalone accounts, 6 Joint Ventures and 18 subsidiaries, in a timely and accurate manner as per the statutory/ listing requirements. Also the role has to ensure the timely completion of Audit by the Statutory Auditors. This position requires an in-depth knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, SEBI LODR requirements and Companies Act.
Review of financial statements of various subsidiaries and joint ventures to ensure that they are in compliance with the Group accounting policies and applicable laws and regulations.

Key Result Areas KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters) Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters)
KRA1 Sales Achievement o Accountable for Sales performance & Productivity of the RM team
  • Grow the portfolio allocated to the team and responsible to increase the Product Per Client to the acceptable standards and increase the AUM (QOQ)
  • Achieve Product wise Sales targets of the team and drive 100% coverage of the allotted portfolio
  • Interact/ Coordinate with internal teams and get business approvals ( Credit, Underwriting etc.,)
KRA2 Team Development o Conduct Refresher Training based on Training need analysis to the RMs and TLs and keep the team updated on new Products, Policy and Market Changes
  • Coach TLs with the aim of increasing efficiency and productivity
  • Conduct performance management activities and provide tailored support to those in different performance levels and provide constructive feedback on their performance
KRA3 Team Management o Ensure that the team is engaged and address their issues satisfactorily within ABC policies and procedures
  • Ensures that Self & Team conducts business within the ABC Code Of Conduct framework and responsible for high quality conversations with the clients at all times
